Return Policy

Customer may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 15th of December ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 15th.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due, provided the return is received within the return window.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Instructions on how to return items: 

  1. Email requesting for your return
  2. We will reply within 48 hours with a return merchandise authorization request (RMA) number
  3. Take a print out of this email with the RMA number and include this inside the box
  4. Ship package within RMA expiry date

Upon receipt of item, sanity tests will be conducted to ensure that product has been returned in original condition. Refund will be processed within 48 hours and an email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed. In a case where product is not returned in its original condition, restocking and inspection fees up to 25% may be charged.
